Italian Salad Dressing
This dressing is light-tasting--a perfect complement to your favorite green salad recipe.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Refrigerate until chilled.
- Yield: 8 servings (serving size: 1 tablespoon)

- Serve with Quinoa Salad, Spinach Salad, or White Bean Salad.
