A great juice after hard a workout, especially when you need to get something in your body fast. If you’re a little hesitant about the spinach part, don’t worry. The orange and blueberry flavors mask the spinach taste completely (I promise!).

Orange, Blueberry, & Spinach Twist

2 large oranges, peeled and divided into segments
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh spinach leaves, packed

Yield: 2 servings (serving size: 8 ounces or 1 cup)
