There's nothing like an Ozarks sunset.

The inspiration for this colorful fruit salad came a few summers ago when I was sitting on my back deck, watching the sun dip below the horizon. The sky was an amazing array of color - so beautiful and vibrant. As I saw that majestic scene unfold, I was overwhelmed with the thought that the God who created that incredible Ozarks sunset was also deeply in love with me. My mind still can't comprehend such a thing, but I'm so thankful it's true!

This looks like an awesome salad and the colors are so vibrant! God does love us even when we are so sinful and wayward. His love never changes. Thank you sweet Jesus.

Elena and Judy, you'll have to let me know what you think when you try it. We had it again last night, and it was just as yummy the second time. :)
