2 tablespoons chopped pecans
1 tablespoon flaxseed meal (optional)
1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe Notes
- Substitute almond flour, oat flour, or whole wheat flour for coconut flour. Increase shredded coconut to 1/4 cup to maintain the coconut flavor.

I didn't post on the date honey, but I will here, so...if anyone is reading this--you need to know that that date honey is crazy good. Like, sit around with a spoonful of it, and smile to yourself, GOOD. Try it. Eat it. Smile. That's the progression.
She's right. It IS crazy good!
